Building New Partnerships

New for the 2016 season, Borderline is now assembling and co-packing pallet displays of Orbit Irrigation Products, which allows Orbit to save on valuable production space and labour in their Salt Lake, Utah, production facilities. Borderline has earned the respect and trust of Orbit to produce these pallets of product for sale in Canada. This work has created new jobs, incremental sales revenue for Borderline, and makes us that much more of a valuable “partner” to Orbit.

Since January, 2016, Vanest Industries, a division of Magna, of St.Catharines, has been using Borderline’s warehouse facility services for the storage and handling of their manufactured products for the auto industry. This business takes Borderline back to the roots of our business of my Father’s day, over 40 years ago, when we provided similar services to Hayes Dana (Dana Canada), and Thompson Products (TRW Canada). It feels good to re-connect with this industry, even in a small way.

Borderline is very pleased and excited to form a new business relationship with Dallas based Richell USA Inc., a Japanese owned manufacturer and distributor of very high quality, and visually appealing pet enclosures, pet gates, crates, and over 70 other products for the pet lover in all of us. Richell currently supplies to Walmart Canada, and will be a supplier to Costco, once their Canadian business operation is set up at Borderline. With the massive growth of the pet industry in Canada and around the world, Borderline is proud to be a key partner in Richell’s growth in Canada.

In partnership with Swentech International, Borderline is now co-packing their high quality European wine bottles into plain 12 bottle white cases with associated wine dividers pre-bottling. Contact Alain Gererd at Swentech for pricing and availability.
